Each particular scenario has a recommended coping strategy, which corresponds to a specific neural circuit.

Once you have a “if…just” statement in your brain, when the “if” condition occurs, the brain will automatically reflect what you should do.

We form good habits first, and then let good habits make us.

  1. hot shower – relax
  2. meditation – attention
  3. light music – relax

Day by day

  1. 11:00~6:00 –Sleep Time

  2. 6:00~8:00 –Meditate, go to the bathroom, drink water, wash your face, brush your left hand, gargle, buy breakfast, eat breakfast

  3. 8:00~12:00 – Work, Learn, Think, Communicate, Cooperate

Family Day – Outdoor/Travel

  1. 12:00~14:00 – Lunch, Meditate, Noon break

  2. 14:00~18:00 –Work, Learn, Think, Communicate, Cooperate

Family Day – Outdoor/Travel

  1. 18:00~19:00 –Supper, Walk

  2. 19:00~23:00 –Play with children, bathe, entertain, sleep, Meditate

  1. Read correctly word by word
  2. Digest, Record, Practice, Review
